After 10 years as Training, Recruiting and Development Manager in Italy, she moved to the UK as HR Manager UK and Benelux. Since July 2019 she is based in the European headquarters in Paris. She is a certified facilitator and her main responsibilities are Talent and Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Internal Communication. In addition she is HR Business partner for the direct to consumer department: Ecommerce, Retail, IT. .
